The following Programs are 12 week Programs (5 weeks of classroom or via pod casting instruction and 7 weeks of clinical at your local military healthcare facility)         

                                                                       Each Program - Total hours required:  144  


Medical Billing and Coding Specialist – Program is designed to prepare you for entry level positions as a Medical Billing Specialist, Reimbursement Specialist, and Medical Coder.  You will be qualified to perform Superbill finalization, CMS-1500 completion, Insurance Reimbursement, Insurance Preauthorization, Co-payment processing, and CPT and ICD-9 coding.


Medical Office Assistant - Program is designed to prepare you for entry level positions as a Medical Receptionist, Check-in and Check-out Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, Appointment Scheduler, Switchboard Operator, Patient Registration Clerk, Clinical Assistant, Medical Office Assistant, and Medical Records Clerk.  You will be qualified to give injections, triage patients, take vital signs, perform lab procedures, complete SOAP note documentation, prescription refills, and understand basic pharmacology.  You will also learn laboratory protocol, basic anatomy and physiology, medical terminology and understand CLIA and MSDS policies.  


Medical Office Assistant – Clerical Program is designed to prepare you for entry level positions as a Medical Receptionist, Check-in and Check-out Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, Appointment Scheduler, Switchboard Operator, Patient Registration Clerk, Medical Records Clerk, and Medical Office Assistant. You will be qualified to perform any clerical job in a medical office.  HIPAA regulatory guidelines are also covered.

Medical Office Laboratory Assistant -       Program is designed to prepare you for entry level positions as a Lab Assistant, Phlebotomist, and Medical Records Clerk.  You will be qualified to draw blood, give injections, perform lab procedures, SOAP note documentation and understand basic pharmacology.  You will also learn laboratory protocol and understand CLIA and MSDS policies.



Phlebotomist – Program is designed to teach you to perform venipuncture and successfully draw blood samples from patients in a medical setting.  You will also learn laboratory protocol, basic anatomy and physiology, medical terminology and understand CLIA and MSDS policies.  



Cardiovascular Technologist – Program is designed to prepare you for an entry level position as a cardiovascular technologist.  You will be qualified to perform 12-lead EKGs with basic interpretation and documentation.  You will learn to identify abnormal and lethal rhythms.  You will be qualified to perform stress testing, Holter and Event monitoring, along with Holter scanning.  



EKG Technician – Program is designed to prepare you for an entry level position as an EKG Tech.  You will be qualified to perform 12-lead EKGs with basic interpretation and documentation.  You will learn to identify abnormal and lethal rhythms.  HIPAA regulatory guidelines are also covered.    


EKG Interpretation Specialist - Program is designed to prepare you to read EKGs and obtain entry level jobs as a Telemetry Surveillance Tech or Monitor Tech.  You will be qualified to interpret EKG strips and document arrhythmias.  You will learn to document heart rates, normal rhythms, arrhythmias, lethal cardiac rhythms, pacemakers, and heart blocks.
